At Dog Mermaid we try everything we can to keep our marine life happy. A big part of this is keeping a good distance from seals, sea lions, dolphins, and whales while on the water. These majestic creatures love to play and when it comes to whales we much prefer to see them from land or sky! (and they are much happier for it too).
Rentals
It's time to explore the Salish Sea! And why not do it on your own? From kayaks, to canoes, to paddle boards we have all you need to play on the water. If land is more your liking, we can get you out disc golfing, geocaching, biking and even slip-n-sliding! Challenge us with your rental ideas and we will row to the ends of the earth to figure out how to get you set up.
Our SUPs (paddle boards) and kayaks have been sourced out by top rated and tested companies. SUPs range from extremely stable (used for SUP yoga) to test-your-skills levels. Our kayaks vary in length and skill level, ruddered or skegged. To add some fun and character to our fleet, we had them custom painted by a local artist.
